I was tasked with creating a custom pair of shoes and jacket for one of the best young cricket players in the world. They wanted something unique that connected to the players background and life. I tried to find cultrually connected patterns as a center piece with his number 7 and some inspiration from his national team jersey. He was famous for his bow after winning so I wanted to use that as sort of an icon for him on the back of the jacket. I worked closely with a project manager and our shoe customizer to find out what would be acheivable with our capabilities and the garments.
